Helaba Webbanking is being modernised. We are implementing a new application that fulfils all the latest online banking requirements, including an intuitive user interface for our clients in addition to technical innovations.
Starting in May 2018, we will be gradually transferring our customers to the new system. You will receive your own personal changeover date and access codes by post from us. Until then, nothing will change for you and you will be able to use the existing portal in the usual way.
