To be able to use the photoTAN method, your device must be activated in Helaba Webbanking. We recommend that you activate it immediately after receiving your personalised activation image. This will be sent to you automatically by post upon receipt of the photoTAN device. You can launch the activation process from the Helaba Webbanking homepage. Detailed instructions for activating your photoTAN device can be found on Helaba's website.
