I have entered my password correctly, but the message "invalid credentials" appears in the portal.
There may be many reasons for this. Please check the following:
- Did you enter your user ID correctly?
- Did you change your password recently?
- Are you using the correct photoTAN device?
- Was the last time you logged in to Webbanking more than six months ago?
