We typically acquire the large senior tranches, thereby helping to refinance our clients’ sales activities. We refinance trade receivables as well as receivables arising from leases and loans. The transactions can be structured on an off-balance-sheet basis for our clients, i.e. with the receivables removed from the balance sheet.
