What we do

• Running securely and growing with the business: We operate IT systems securely and reliably, and expand them in line with business requirements.
• Modernising the IT landscape: We modernise systems, drive forward key transformation programmes and bring applications, interfaces and workstations up to modern standards.
• Protecting and securing: We protect Helaba with information security measures tailored to the respective risk, systematically address vulnerabilities and comply with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Keeping an eye on costs: We make our costs transparent, contribute to the bank’s cost targets and speed up our work through automation and AI.
• Measuring and improving quality: We measure the quality of our IT services, conduct internal satisfaction surveys and align IT with Helaba’s business strategy.
   
• We coordinate closely with the business divisions, both strategically and in day-to-day operations. Together, we ensure that IT and the business are moving in the same direction.
