# Helaba to acquire DVB Bank SE's Land Transport Finance portfolio

**Helaba has agreed to acquire the Land Transport Finance customer loan portfolio from DVB Bank SE (DVB) (30 June 2018: EUR 1.4 billion) and the related employees.**

The transaction, which is still subject to regulatory approvals, is currently planned to be completed in the first half of next year. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Helaba has continued to expand its Rolling Stock Finance segment in 2018. The acquisition of DVB's portfolio now enables the bank to achieve a sustained improvement in its market share for land transport finance.
