# General Terms and Conditions

Our business relationships are characterized by the special features of the banking business, but also by a special relationship of trust. As a customer, you can rely on the bank to execute your orders with the diligence of a prudent businessman and to keep banking secrecy in mind at all times.  
  
For individual transactions, special conditions may apply in addition to or in deviation from the GTCs, e.g. for payment transactions or securities transactions. These special conditions will be agreed directly with our customers when the contract is concluded or when orders are placed.
