# Our holistic view of the supply chain for the protection of human rights

We take human rights due diligence obligations into account in the course of our business activities. Our principles and procedures in this regard are set out in our policy statement in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). We take human rights due diligence obligations into account in the course of our business activities and implement measures within our employment and procurement processes that are designed to identify, assess and appropriately address human rights risks. These measures are supplemented by corresponding requirements and agreements with our employees and business partners.

If you have any information regarding potential human rights risks or breaches in connection with the business activities of Helaba or its business partners, you can report this via our whistleblowing system.

Reports can be submitted anonymously or by providing your contact details. Alternatively, you may contact our public interest ombudspersons.

Information on how we handle reports received and on the protection of personal data can be found in our Rules of Procedure.
