Trainee Programmes

Are you looking for an interesting and diversified job? Would you like to participate in a first-class trainee program?

As the start to your career, we offer a sophisticated trainee program that is tailored to your requirements. Through "learning by doing", you will be integrated into the tasks and responsibilities of our business divisions.

Requirements:Degree in business administration, economics, law, informatics (computer science with a business slant) or mathematics with an overall grade of at least "good". Additional internships - perhaps in the financial sector - would be a distinct advantage.
Beginning:As agreed
Duration:12 months
Hands-on experience:Work in the divisions relevant for your Training.
Extras:Personal and professional support and a large number of individual opportunities for further Training.
Objective of the Training:A position as a qualified bank officer in one of the divisions that formed part of your trainee program, for example as a credit analyst or junior securities consultant or, if you are suitably qualified, commencement of an executive career.

Our trainee programmes last twelve months in total. Trainees can begin on the first day of any month provided that there are vacancies in the trainee programme concerned. The programme is dominated by on-the-job training, which is augmented by joint development activities in the trainee group and individual continuing personal development.
